Account

  • To view your account information:

    • Login to the website

    • Click the down-facing arrow beside your name on the member login bar

    • From the dropdown list, select ACCOUNT & NOTIFICATIONS

    • On the MY ACCOUNT PAGE, click the ACCOUNT tab

  • To change the password used to login to supervisiontx.com:

    • Click the member login bar

    • On the login page, click FORGOT PASSWORD

  • Each Supervisor member uses an email address and password to login to supervisiontx.com, and another email and password to login to their directory profile.​  This is because the directory is integrated into the website via a third-party provider (i.e., Wild Apricot).

  • To update your account information:

    • Login to the website

    • Navigate to the ACCOUNT & NOTIFICATIONS section

    • On the MY ACCOUNT PAGE, click the ACCOUNT link on the menu

    • Click the UPDATE INFO button above your account information

    • Enter the changes that you would like to make

    • Click the UPDATE INFO button below your account information to save the changes

  • The only people who can see your supervisiontx.com account information are other Supervisor members.  The information that displays on your membership profile (not your directory profile) includes:

    • Your display name

    • Your membership badges (e.g., LPC Supervisor)

    This information is shown on the CHAT WITH COLLEAGUES PAGE and your INDIVIDUAL PROFILE PAGE.

  • You can decide which types of notifications you'd like to receive.  To customize your notifications settings:

    • Login to the website

    • Navigate to the ACCOUNT & NOTIFICATIONS section

    • Click the SETTINGS link on the menu

    • Use the toggles to turn on/off different types of notifications
